Security Engineer – Delhi – 3 to 6 Years Experience
Job Description
GIGABIT Technologies is urgently hiring a Security Engineer with a strong background in designing and managing secure, enterprise-level network solutions. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with advanced firewall systems, routing, and switching, particularly with Palo Alto and Fortinet technologies, and should have a proactive approach to modern cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance network infrastructures
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols and Layer 2 technologies
- Deploy, manage, and optimize Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls
- Conduct network security audits and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor network performance, identify threats, and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain updated network documentation and generate compliance reports
Job Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience with enterprise routers, switches, and firewalls
• Deep understanding of network security principles and practices
• Proficiency in managing and configuring Palo Alto and Fortinet security systems
• Ability to analyze and resolve performance and security issues
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and reporting systems
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications like PCNSA, NSE, CCNA Security, or CEH
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Immediate availability preferred
