Security Consultant [VAPT] – Pune – 2 to 3 Years Experience
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Security Consultant – VAPT to join our growing cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), with a deep understanding of security testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated VAPT across web, network, and systems
- Utilize tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, etc.
- Perform thorough analysis, documentation, and reporting of vulnerabilities
- Identify security risks and propose appropriate remediation measures
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve overall security posture
Job Requirements
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in VAPT
• Good understanding of OWASP Top 10 and common security frameworks
• Familiarity with manual testing, scanning, and security reporting
• Experience with industry-standard tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, and Metasploit
• Must be available to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications
• Security certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
