Security Analyst [Red Team] – Noida – 2 to 5 Years Experience
Job Description
eSec Forte® Technologies is looking for a passionate and articulate Security Analyst – Red Team to join our Cybersecurity Offensive Security department. If you thrive on breaking systems to make them stronger and enjoy working on complex security challenges, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct network, web, and infrastructure penetration testing
- Assist in planning and executing Red Team operations aligned with the MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Identify and exploit vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and privilege escalation paths
- Simulate adversary TTPs to evaluate and improve enterprise defenses
- Collaborate with Blue Teams during purple team exercises to enhance detection and response
- Prepare structured reports outlining findings, attack paths, and recommended remediations
Job Requirements
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, or Offensive Security
• Strong understanding of core attack techniques and methodologies
• Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration
• Familiarity with lateral movement, privilege escalation, and attack simulation
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in enterprise security environments
• Certifications such as eJPT, CRTP, CRTO, OSCP (in progress or completed) or equivalent
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest threats and tools
