Security Analyst – Hyderabad – 1 to 4 Years Experience
Job Description
Pragya Cyber Private Limited is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our growing cybersecurity team. The role involves patch management, vulnerability analysis, and supporting VAPT activities. This is a hybrid opportunity allowing you to work from home while occasionally visiting client sites in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular patch management across client environments
- Conduct vulnerability scans and analyze results using industry tools
- Assist in executing VAPT tasks under the guidance of senior consultants
- Document findings and prepare detailed technical reports for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and client IT/security teams for remediation
- Stay informed on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cybersecurity operations role
• Understanding of patching, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing basics
• Familiarity with tools like ManageEngine, Nessus, Qualys, Burp Suite, Nmap
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Analytical mindset and effective problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment tools
• Exposure to client interaction and report presentation
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits
