Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Saviynt Support Specialist to join our IAM operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Saviynt application support, incident management, and identity governance processes. Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day Saviynt support activities and incident management
- Analyze and resolve production issues, including job failures and access requests
- Manage user lifecycle processes within the IAM system
- Troubleshoot application issues using logs and debugging techniques
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution
- Support integrations and maintain system stability
Job Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in Saviynt application support
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Hands-on experience with SQL and log analysis/debugging
• Familiarity with SFTP jobs, REST integrations, and connectors
• Experience in handling production support and incident management
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant IAM or cybersecurity certifications
• Experience with other IAM tools or platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
