Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SailPoint IIQ Implementation Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will lead and assist in deploying SailPoint Identity Governance solutions that strengthen access control and policy management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee SailPoint IIQ implementation including application onboarding and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Manage Identity Governance workflows and policy administration
- Customize integrations using Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and SQL
- Implement authentication protocols such as SAML and OAuth
- Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and optimize Identity Management systems
Job Requirements
• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint implementation
• Strong knowledge of application onboarding and RBAC
• Expertise in policy management and Identity Governance workflows
• Proficient in Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and SQL customization
• Familiar with SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role within SailPoint projects
• Certifications in Identity and Access Management are a plus
