SailPoint Developer – Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Remote / Hybrid – 4 to 9 Years Experience
Job Description
Inspira Enterprise is seeking experienced IAM professionals to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. As a SailPoint Developer, you will contribute to cutting-edge identity governance projects for global clients, ensuring scalable and secure digital access solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
- Customize and script workflows using Java, Python, PowerShell, and Beanshell
- Collaborate with security architects and stakeholders to meet business requirements
- Perform integrations with external systems and applications
- Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards
Job Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint development
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Java, Python, PowerShell, Beanshell
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team across time zones
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline (open to any graduate)
• SailPoint certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in global enterprise IAM projects
