Job Description:
Capgemini is seeking a talented Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing technology risk management and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risks and controls management within the technology space, aligned with Operational Risk Management frameworks.
  • Provide insights into technology areas such as Infrastructure, Data, Cloud, and Service Management.
  • Manage project lifecycles and ensure adherence to governance methodologies, including assessing risk impact during project implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Engage stakeholders and influence risk management decisions, guiding sponsors on risk positions and profiles.
  • Develop and prepare risk reporting, monitoring the effectiveness of risk management actions, and intervene as appropriate.
  • Lead project risk workshops, identify appropriate controls, and support stakeholders in implementing data integrity measures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on compliance matters, utilize technology controls frameworks to identify and mitigate risks, and monitor control effectiveness.
  • Understand technology solutions and their impact on business requirements, drive efficiency, and improvements in project risk management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Assurance, or Regulatory areas.
  • Professional consulting experience, preferably with a Big4 or similar large consulting firm.
  • Good understanding of Technology Risk and Compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CRISC are preferred.
