Job Description

TEKFORTUNE INC is looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Regulatory & Compliance programs within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Regulatory & Compliance programs in the banking sector.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and manage escalations.
  • Handle RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) effectively.
  • Oversee Agile delivery processes within a banking environment.
  • Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
Job Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager (GCB 5 level).
• Proven expertise in Regulatory & Compliance within banking.
• Strong Agile project management and delivery leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in RAIDs and escalation management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global banking clients.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe Agile).
