Wipro is seeking experienced Palo Alto (L2 Support) Engineers for immediate joining. This is a fantastic opportunity for cybersecurity professionals with a strong background in network security and hands-on experience in Palo Alto technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Palo Alto firewalls and associated network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis
- Implement firewall policies and maintain secure network architecture
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Perform regular upgrades and patching of network devices
Job Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in network security
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and related technologies
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching
• Ability to manage and resolve escalated incidents efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or equivalent
• Experience in working with ITIL-based service delivery environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
