OT Security Specialist – Bangalore – 3 to 12 Years Experience
Job Description
LTIMindtree is looking for talented and experienced OT Security Specialists to join our team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to securing operational technology (OT) systems for critical infrastructure and industrial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement OT security frameworks and controls.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis for OT environments.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to OT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into OT processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide expertise on securing industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Develop and deliver OT security training for internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
• 3 to 12 years of experience in OT security or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of OT/ICS/SCADA systems and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Familiarity with OT security standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NERC CIP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in OT security or related fields (e.g., GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate).
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing OT security solutions.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
