OT Security Consultant (Full-Time / Freelance) – Remote / Hybrid – 3 to 12 Years Experience
Job Description
Secure Strike is expanding its cybersecurity footprint and is currently hiring for the role of OT Security Consultant. You will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing security measures for Operational Technology (OT) environments across a variety of client projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct security assessments of OT systems and infrastructure
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend tailored mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001
- Work on integrated cybersecurity implementations including EDR, cloud, and API security
- Document and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support incident response and security audit activities in OT environments
- Coordinate with internal team members and technology partners (e.g., CrowdStrike, Fortinet)
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in OT/ICS/SCADA security
• Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence and industrial control systems
• Familiarity with security assessment tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as GICSP, GRID, CISSP, or ISO 27001 LA/LI
• Experience in sectors like manufacturing, utilities, or critical infrastructure
• Knowledge of EDR solutions, particularly CrowdStrike
• Exposure to cloud platforms and cybersecurity compliance frameworks
