Job Description

We are looking for a NOC Engineer (L1) with hands-on experience in network operations, routing, switching, and firewalls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage network operations.
  • Troubleshoot network issues related to routing, switching, and firewalls.
  • Respond to network alerts and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine network maintenance and updates.
  • Collaborate with other teams for network optimization and resolution of complex issues.
Job Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a NOC role.
• Strong knowledge of network operations, routing, and switching.
• Experience with firewalls and related network security technologies.
• Ability to handle L1 network issues independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech).
• Certification in network technologies will be an added advantage.
