Job Description

HCL Technologies Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced NOC Engineer for our Nagpur location. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in network operations and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor systems, detection, and communication tools to manage calls and support urgent incidents. Coordinate communications between support groups.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of network monitoring, including L1, L2, and L3 functions.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, and utilities like SSH and CURL for troubleshooting at the PC, OS, and network levels.
  • Be proficient in Command Center concepts and practices.
  • Work effectively as a team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Be willing to work in a 24×7 environment.
Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in NOC monitoring and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in networking concepts and command center operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in networking or related fields (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
• Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
