Job Description
NTT DATA has an urgent requirement for a Network Security L3 Engineer specializing in Checkpoint Firewall. This role, based in Pune (Khadki), is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT security incident management and hands-on experience with Checkpoint Firewall.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot Checkpoint Firewall systems
- Handle IT security incidents and ensure effective incident management
- Configure and maintain IDS/IPS/NIPS systems
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Provide L3 support for network security issues
Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security incident management
• Excellent hands-on working experience with Checkpoint Firewall
• Strong understanding of IDS/IPS/NIPS systems
• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./MCA qualification or equivalent
• Certification in Checkpoint Firewall is highly preferred
• Background and experience in cybersecurity will be a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications in network security or cybersecurity
• Proven track record in a similar role within a large organization
• Knowledge of additional security tools and technologies
