Job Description
LTIMindtree is looking for a Network Security Engineer (IDAM) with 3 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will specialize in Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions, ensuring network security and compliance. Immediate to 30-day joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage IDAM solutions for secure network access.
- Monitor and enforce identity governance and access control policies.
- Perform user authentication, authorization, and privilege management.
- Conduct security risk assessments and audits.
- Work closely with security teams to enhance network security frameworks.
Job Requirements
• 3 to 7 years of experience in network security and IDAM.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience with IDAM tools like Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IDAM-related credentials.
• Experience in cloud-based identity solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
