Job Description
LTIMindtree is seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer (IAM) with 3 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and be available for immediate to 30-day joining.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, and optimize IAM solutions for network security.
- Monitor and enforce access control policies and security frameworks.
- Conduct user provisioning, authentication, and authorization management.
- Perform security risk assessments and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance IAM security policies and governance.
Job Requirements
• 3 to 7 years of experience in network security and IAM.
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools like Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM-related credentials.
• Understanding of cloud-based IAM solutions (AWS IAM, Azure AD, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
