Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Engineer to join a growing and dynamic IT team. This role involves ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the network systems that support core organizational functions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure
- Ensure optimal network performance and uptime
- Support incident response and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement upgrades and configurations
- Maintain detailed documentation and standard operating procedures
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in network operations or network engineering
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
• Experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible)
