Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network L1 & L2 Support Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in network support. You will be responsible for ensuring network stability, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage network infrastructure for optimal performance
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for network-related issues
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network issues
  • Collaborate with the network team to maintain system reliability
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of incidents
  • Conduct network performance analysis and recommend improvements
  • Maintain network documentation and procedures
Job Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in network support
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, and firewalls
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Familiarity with VPN, VLAN, and network security practices
