Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration and architecture, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network systems. Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
  • Configure and manage network switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures, including access control models and firewalls.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to integrate network systems with overall IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and other IT staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends.
Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years as a Network Engineer or in a similar NetOps role.
• Certifications: Professional certification (e.g., CCNP, CCDP) preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong background in network administration and architecture.
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
• Proficient in configuring and deploying network switches and routers, including VLANs and routing protocols.
• Knowledge of WAN and LAN connectivity technologies (e.g., MPLS, LACP).
• Familiarity with network security, including NGFW and UTM.
• Experience with coding/scripting/automation platforms (e.g., Python, Ansible).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator.
• In-depth understanding of priority queuing, Class of Service (CoS), and Quality of Service (QoS).
• Industry-related experience and certifications.
