Network Engineer – Hinjewadi – 3 to 7 Years Experience

Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our team. Immediate joiners are preferred. This role requires strong knowledge of Cisco technologies, hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switching, next-generation network firewalls, and Cisco wireless troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be ITIL trained/certified and ready to work in rotational shifts from our Pune Hinjewadi office.

Responsibilities:

• Level 1/2 troubleshooting on network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls (Fortigate/Palo Alto/Cisco ASA/Firepower mandatory).
• Manage hardware/software inventory for network equipment.
• Monitor network performance, respond to and fix troubles, and perform preventative and routine maintenance activities.
• Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, first-level troubleshooting of network problems, and escalating problems to vendors.
• Work with vendors and internal support teams to update, maintain, and patch all network infrastructure.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot communication links with ISPs and other connectivity providers.
