Job Description

Tribastion is hiring a Manager, IT & Cloud Security to lead and innovate in IT and cloud security operations. We are looking for an experienced professional to manage cybersecurity for on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), design secure solutions, and mentor high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT & cloud security strategies.
  • Manage service delivery, project execution, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Oversee security architecture, Identity and Access Management (IAM), vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate security protocols into DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
Job Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in IT/cloud security.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, GCP, and relevant security tools.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance frameworks and standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and securing complex cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve security objectives.
