Job Description

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a proactive and experienced Major Incident Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing high-impact incidents, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring minimal disruption to business services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive resolution of high-severity incidents (Major Incidents)
  • Conduct IM bridge calls and coordinate technical teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Handle escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure proper documentation, analysis, and post-incident review
  • Collaborate with service management teams to prevent incident recurrence
Job Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Incident Management or Major Incident Management
• Strong skills in IM bridge call handling and coordination under pressure
• Excellent communication and escalation management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced IT service management environment

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation or similar ITSM certifications
• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments
• Ability to analyze incidents and suggest preventive measures
