Job Description

Protiviti is seeking a skilled M365 Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) technologies and a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support for M365 services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate M365 solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services
Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 to 4 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies
• Proficiency in configuring and managing M365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles
• -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-100, or MS-101
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Intune
