Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for LogRhythm SIEM tools, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Analyze security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Work collaboratively with SOC teams to enhance monitoring and incident response strategies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance requirements in SIEM operations.
- Conduct regular health checks and optimize SIEM system performance.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience with LogRhythm SIEM tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of security operations, incident management, and threat detection.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as LogRhythm Certified Professional (LRCP), CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
• Familiarity with industry security standards like ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Experience working in a fast-paced SOC environment.
