We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to head the development of cutting-edge cybersecurity products. This role combines strong software architecture expertise with hands-on leadership in full stack development, DevOps, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure, high-quality solutions tailored to client needs, while embedding cybersecurity best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in product design and implementation
- Architect secure software solutions integrating cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Oversee end-to-end product development and deployment cycles
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through rigorous standards
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align product goals with security requirements
- Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement across engineering practices
Job Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
• Proven experience in cybersecurity product development
• Strong knowledge of full stack development and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in modern DevOps tools and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)
