Job Description

StickmanCyber is looking for talented and experienced professionals to join our Security Operations team as L2 Analysts. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) environment, handling diverse security challenges for multiple clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents in a multi-client MSSP environment.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement security measures and ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance to L1 Analysts and assist in escalation management.
Job Requirements

• 1–12 years of industry experience in security operations, preferably in an MSSP environment.
• Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to join within 30 days or immediately.
• Willingness to work remotely but attend office as required (weekly/monthly).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent are an added advantage.
• Experience with security tools, incident management platforms, and monitoring systems.
