Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 24×7 network support for IT equipment, including Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper devices.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Support Software-Defined Networking (SDN) configurations and implementations.
  • Adhere to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Job Requirements

• Certifications: MCSA, CCNA, and CCNP are mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in L2 network support.
• Proficiency in handling Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper networking equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certification.
• Experience with SDN technologies.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving network challenges.
