Job Description
Help AG is hiring an experienced L1 SOC Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SIEM solutions like IBM Q-Radar or MS Sentinel, as well as EDR tools such as MS Defender. Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools (IBM Q-Radar, MS Sentinel)
- Investigate and respond to security incidents using EDR solutions (MS Defender)
- Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Escalate critical issues to senior analysts for resolution
- Maintain and improve SOC processes to ensure effective incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhanced security monitoring
Job Requirements
• 3-4 years of experience as a SOC Analyst
• Experience with SIEM tools like IBM Q-Radar or MS Sentinel
• Hands-on experience with EDR tools like MS Defender
• Strong understanding of security monitoring and incident management
Preferred Qualifications
• AZ-500 or SC-200 certification
• Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days will be prioritized
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
