L1 OT SOC Analyst – Qatar – 3 to 6 Years Experience
Job Description
Proztec Qatar invites applications for the role of L1 OT SOC Analyst to work with a prestigious semi-government entity. This role focuses on safeguarding Operational Technology (OT) environments and collaborating with IT/OT teams to ensure network security and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor OT networks and systems for potential security breaches.
- Analyze network traffic anomalies and escalate incidents as required.
- Assist in maintaining OT security documentation and collaborate effectively with IT/OT teams.
Job Requirements
• Strong technical expertise in OT cybersecurity environments.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Nozomi Networks, Schneider Electric, Dragos, and SIEM.
• Proficiency in network traffic analysis, event log analysis, and security technologies.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of OT networks, ICS, SCADA, and threat mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in OT security or related fields are highly advantageous.
