Job Description
SecureVel is looking for L1 Engineers with expertise in CISCO ISE to join our team in Gurgaon. This role requires hands-on experience in network security and infrastructure support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support for CISCO ISE products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues.
- Assist in network configurations and policy management.
- Work with senior engineers to escalate complex issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical incidents.
Job Requirements
• 1 to 8 years of experience in network security.
• Hands-on experience with CISCO ISE.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of network protocols and security policies.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• CISCO certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or related).
• Experience in enterprise network security environments.
