TalentNiti, a leading risk advisory firm, is seeking experienced IT General Controls (ITGC) professionals to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidates will have expertise in ITGC testing, including platforms, ERP applications like SAP, and databases. Experience with IT audits such as Internal Audit (IA), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 302, 404 audits, and third-party reporting review (e.g., SOC1, SOC2) is required. Candidates should also possess strong skills in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Immediate joiners or those with up to a 30-day notice period are preferred.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IT General Controls testing for various audits and reviews
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Analyze and report on findings, recommending improvements
Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-8 years of experience in ITGC and related audits
• Proficiency in SAP and database systems
• Strong understanding of GRC principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance software
