Job Description

Cartafella Analytics Consultancy & Solutions WLL is looking for an IT Support Engineer L1 to join our Qatar operations. The ideal candidate will provide L1 support for all applications and systems and deliver desktop support for on-premises applications. Candidates should be available in Qatar and possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 support for applications and systems.
  • Troubleshoot desktop support issues for all on-premises applications.
  • Address technical issues related to software and hardware promptly.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve system-level problems.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of applications and IT infrastructure.
Job Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of desktop support and L1 support.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supporting enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with on-premises IT infrastructure.
• Previous experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.
