Job Description

Tico Tourism Investments is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to provide essential support for our IT infrastructure. This role requires troubleshooting expertise and a solid understanding of IT systems, including servers, networking, and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Provide support for servers, networks, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to solve IT challenges.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting IT systems and related hardware/software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of relevant courses or certifications: CCNA, MCSA, Operating Systems, Software & Hardware.
