Job Description
We are hiring a highly experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join a cutting-edge technology team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT service delivery operations, ensuring seamless communication, performance, and support for critical business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT service delivery processes, including incident, change, and problem management
- Drive continual service improvement and process enhancement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for IT services
- Coordinate with technical teams and business units to ensure service quality
- Conduct performance reviews and deliver service reports to senior stakeholders
Job Requirements
• Proven experience managing IT service delivery in mid to large-scale enterprises
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
Preferred Qualifications
• ITIL v4 Certification
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and service management platforms
