Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Manager to lead our IT and digital infrastructure operations across hotel properties. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical know-how and hospitality experience to ensure seamless IT support, system security, and digital performance.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Infrastructure:

  • Provide technical support across hotel teams
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laptops/desktops, systems, and hardware/software
  • Ensure secure network operations and data protection

Website & Content Management:

  • Update content, banners, and promotions in coordination with marketing
  • Monitor website security, performance, and integrations

Email & Communication Systems:

  • Manage Office 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange)
  • Set up and secure business emails for staff
  • Configure access permissions and spam filters

Domain & Hosting Management:

  • Oversee domain registrations, DNS settings, and hosting accounts
  • Ensure SSL renewals and domain security

IT Policy & Security Compliance:

  • Implement security protocols including firewall, antivirus, and backups
  • Conduct regular system audits and maintain data compliance
Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of IT management experience (hospitality experience preferred)
• Proficient in CMS (WordPress), cPanel, DNS, email servers, and Office 365
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, backups, and endpoint protection
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
