Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering SME to lead projects in IT infrastructure, large-scale networks, and cloud setups. The role involves working on business transitions, new technology deployments, and handling end-to-end infrastructure design & implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and large-scale networks
  • Work on cloud, multi-cloud networking including AWS and Azure
  • Manage voice & cloud contact center network design
  • Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards
  • Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
  • Collaborate with ISPs, OEMs, and stakeholders for solution discussions and troubleshooting
  • Lead discussions with business and client teams to understand IT needs and provide solutions
Job Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of enterprise IT infrastructure design & implementation experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of cloud network design and implementation experience (AWS, Azure preferred)
• Experience in enterprise network and Wi-Fi design & implementation
• Proficiency in cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and DevOps
• Strong knowledge of infra and network security, compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• CCNP certified (highly preferred)
• Certifications in Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet are a plus
• AWS/Azure Certified Cloud Engineer (highly preferred)
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins
