Job Description
As an IT Governance Manager at Flint International, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT systems and policies are in line with regulatory requirements and best practices. You will play a critical role in managing IT governance, risk management, and compliance to safeguard our organization’s assets.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage IT governance standards, frameworks, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with SAMA Cyber Security Framework, NDMO-PDPL, and NCA Guidelines.
- Oversee risk management processes to mitigate potential IT risks.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct and review IT audit reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage technology business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Job Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of IT governance standards, frameworks, and guidelines.
• Proven experience with SAMA Cyber Security Framework, NDMO-PDPL, and NCA Guidelines.
• Strong expertise in risk management and IT policies.
• Ability to conduct thorough IT audits and produce detailed reports.
• Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISM, CGEIT, or CRISC.
• Experience working within a regulated industry, particularly financial services.
