Job Description

We are looking for an IT End User Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-user support within an ITIL working environment and must be locally available with a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices.
  • Support M365 Migration, Office 365, and MS Teams.
  • Utilize remote support tools to assist users.
  • Manage asset/inventory tracking and ensure proper documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Wi-Fi and different operating systems.
Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT end-user support.
• GCC experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of M365, Office 365, and MS Teams.
• Proficient in using remote support tools.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software support for various devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an ITIL environment.
• Familiarity with asset/inventory management.
