TechDefence is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. If you have experience in cybersecurity sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, this is your opportunity to work with a leading cybersecurity company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Engage with potential clients and understand their cybersecurity needs.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects and nurture leads.
- Provide product information, conduct demos, and close sales.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and customer handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Immediate or within 30 days joining preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in B2B or SaaS sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services.
