Job Description
The Decipher Bureau is looking for an experienced Incident Responder to join our team. This role serves as a Level 3 escalation point for complex security incidents and includes proactive threat-hunting responsibilities as part of a broader SOC service. Responsibilities:
- Act as a Level 3 escalation point for high-priority security incidents.
- Perform advanced threat-hunting activities to identify and neutralize threats.
- Work with the SOC team to enhance incident response processes.
- Analyze security data, logs, and events to detect and address malicious activity.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity.
Job Requirements
• Extensive experience in incident response and threat hunting.
• Strong understanding of SOC workflows, tools, and technologies.
• Proven ability to resolve complex security incidents under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Remote work flexibility for candidates based in any city.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications such as GCIH, CISSP, or CTIA.
• Experience with advanced threat detection tools and methodologies.
