Job Description

Flint International is looking for an experienced Incident Manager to oversee and resolve IT incidents, ensuring minimal service disruptions. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate across multiple teams, and a deep understanding of ITIL service management.

Responsibilities:

Incident Resolution & Management:

  • Manage and resolve major IT incidents promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

Process Improvement & Coordination:

  • Enhance incident management processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain incident reports and documentation.

Technical Oversight:

  • Utilize incident management tools effectively.
  • Work within global IT systems and banking operations.
  • Align incident management practices with industry best practices.
Job Requirements

• ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• ✔️ Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT operations or incident management.
• ✔️ Strong knowledge of ITIL service management processes.
• ✔️ Experience in major incident management.
• ✔️ Proficiency in incident management tools and RCA methodologies.
• ✔️ Saudi Iqama holders preferred.
• ✔️ Immediate joiners required.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is an advantage.
