Implementation Specialist – Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Remote / Hybrid – 4 to 9 Years Experience

Inspira Enterprise is looking for experienced Implementation Specialists in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain. Join our team of cybersecurity experts and contribute to global digital security transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Implement IAM solutions based on client-specific requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deploy and customize IAM tools
- Utilize scripting and coding languages like Java, Python, PowerShell, and Beanshell
- Configure user lifecycle processes, access policies, and integrations
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely resolutions
Job Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in IAM implementation
• Proficiency in Java, Python, PowerShell, and Beanshell scripting
• Strong understanding of access management concepts and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (open to any graduate)
• Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or ForgeRock
• Relevant IAM certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
