Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Operations Specialist – Remote / Hybrid – 4 to 9 Years Experience

Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain IAM systems and tools
- Support IAM operations, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve identity-related issues
- Utilize scripting languages (Java, Python, PowerShell, Beanshell) for automation and optimization
- Ensure compliance with IAM policies, standards, and best practices
Job Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IAM operations or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, PowerShell, and Beanshell
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (open to any graduate discipline)
• Familiarity with tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or ForgeRock
• Relevant IAM or cybersecurity certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
