We are looking for an IAM Specialist to join our dynamic team and enhance identity access management (IAM) security. This role focuses on administering IAM solutions, conducting risk assessments, and strengthening authentication controls. Responsibilities:
- Administer and support enterprise-wide IAM solutions and processes.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient user provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Stay updated with the latest IAM trends, tools, and threat intelligence.
- Assist in incident response efforts related to IAM issues.
Job Requirements
• Strong experience with IAM solutions such as Active Directory, Okta, or equivalent.
• Expertise in authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, and MFA.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in IAM or cybersecurity (CISSP, CISA, or equivalent).
• Experience implementing IAM governance policies and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
