MEEDENLABS is hiring an experienced Head of OT Solutions and Digital Transformation to lead key initiatives in Industrial Automation, MES, and OT Cybersecurity. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive transformation and innovation across manufacturing systems using cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, AR/VR/MR, and Industry 4.0 standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and rollout of MES and Industry 4.0 solutions
- Develop and implement OT cybersecurity strategies in manufacturing environments
- Build and execute digital transformation strategies involving IoT, AR, VR, and MR
- Maintain inventory accuracy of all OT assets and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital resilience and performance
- Drive minimal-disruption solutions for existing operational setups
Job Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant experience in OT solutions, MES, and digital transformation
• Proven leadership in managing OT architecture, cybersecurity, and deployment
• Strong knowledge of IoT and Industrial Automation technologies
• Experience with MES systems and real-time manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 and digital innovation strategies
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
