The Decipher Bureau is seeking an experienced GRC Specialist to join our team. This role involves consulting with C-level executives, driving cyber risk strategy, and working with various industry frameworks and regulations to enhance cybersecurity risk posture. Responsibilities:

  • Consult with C-level executives to identify and address cybersecurity risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to uplift cyber risk posture.
  • Align cybersecurity practices with industry frameworks and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) matters.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery of risk management initiatives.
Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity and GRC consulting.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, frameworks, and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days a week in Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Experience working with clients across multiple industries.
