Job Description
We are looking for a mid-level GRC Specialist with strong expertise in SOC 3 compliance to join our cybersecurity compliance team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid background in IT audits, internal controls, and risk management processes, and are passionate about maintaining regulatory excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SOC 3 compliance assessments and reporting
- Develop and monitor internal controls and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Use GRC platforms for compliance tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Evaluate and implement process improvements based on audit findings
- Stay updated on compliance trends, frameworks, and evolving threats
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in GRC, IT audit, or compliance roles
• Strong hands-on experience with SOC 3 frameworks
• Proficient in GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, LogicGate)
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and security controls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Experience working in regulated industries or multinational environments
