Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT GRC and Risk Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GRC strategies and frameworks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage risk mitigation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert advice on governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate GRC practices into business processes.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC programs.
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions on GRC topics.
Job Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in IT GRC and Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in GRC or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GRC tools and software.
• Project management experience.
• Advanced degrees in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
