TechDefence Labs Solutions Private Limited is urgently seeking a GRC Consultant specializing in Cyber Security. The ideal candidate should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, the candidate will play a critical role in managing and improving our GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GRC strategies and policies.
  • Monitor and assess risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity measures are in place.
  • Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to staff on GRC-related matters.
Job Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in GRC within Cyber Security.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in GRC, Cyber Security, or related fields (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC).
• Experience with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
• Familiarity with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
